5. Get enough sleep The don't call it beauty sleep for nothing. When you sleep, your body repairs itself. The damages your body sustains will be repaired as you sleep. New cells are born to replace the old ones that have been worn out. Notice how you look worse after a sleepless night? Notice how much better you look when you have had a good night's sleep? Go to bed early, before 10pm if possible. The best time to sleep would be from 10pm to 2am.
