Attraction is simply a reaction. It is not a conscious decision. This is important, because you must realise that it is not something anyone has control over. So, say you begin talking to a woman and she feels attraction for you. There is nothing she can tell herself to make herself feel less attracted to you. She can’t control it. Similarly, if you begin talking to a woman and she feels no attraction for you, then there is nothing she can say to herself to make her feel attraction.
So keep in mind that attraction is happening at the sub-conscious level and that all you need to do is “flick that attraction switch”.
Before getting into the nitty gritty, I am going to debunk some popular beliefs. Ok guys, get this in your head. Men and women are attracted to different things. We men are attracted to a woman’s physical attributes. I’m sure that comes as no surprise to you. What will surprise you, however, is that women work differently. Sure, being good looking certainly helps, but it is only a small part of the equation. What causes attraction in women is status. Don’t believe me? Consider this. Rock stars are some of the most desirable men going around. Is this because they are all good looking? Rock stars have high status and therefore women. Think about a singer like Jessica Simpson. Would you feel less attracted to her if she was a receptionist?
I hope I’ve given you something to think about. Maybe you don’t believe it all. Well, the sooner you can get out of that mindset the better you will be. So have a ponder.
